Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing. The word Reiki is derived from the Japanese words, Rei “universal", and ki "life force or life energy." When forging these words together, we have "universal life force energy." This energy is used as a healing therapy for an array of emotional, physical, and spiritual problems. Come experience this technique, as a way to remove blockages, align chakras, and promote a healthier energetic flow.

CranioSacral Therapy Techniques (CST)

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch to release restrictions in the tissues that surround the central nervous system, CST works the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues in the cranium and spinal areas of the body. CST is increasingly used as a preventative health measure, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Reflexology

There are over 7,000 nerve endings in your feet; Foot Reflexology is a light touch, hands on modality that works these nerve endings as a way to correspond to the rest of the body. Using the nervous system as its map, foot reflexology releases tension and congestion that one’s body may hold. Through steady, equally applied pressure on the nerve reflexes of the feet, one is able to promote relaxation and stress reduction to encourage balance and harmony. Improve the circulation throughout your body by lightly pressing on points of the feet. Feel as though you've received a full body massage as balance and energy is restored to your body.

Shamanism

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and spiritual practice in which the practitioner accesses the spirit world as a way to bring back knowledge, guidance, and healing. By walking in two worlds at once, they are able to work with spirit guides who are vital teachers and powerful healers, while remaining present to the patient. The shaman commonly enters the spirit realm through rhythmic percussion, inducing an altered state of consciousness. It is in this space that the shaman is trained to work and connect with many spirits and energies that may impact mental or physical wellbeing.

Nicole is trained in Soul Retrieval, Psychopomp, Extraction, House Blessings/Clearings, Ceremonies/Rituals, Shadow work, more.

Tools of the Practitioner

Crystals/Stones: Crystals/Stones are hand picked for each session as a way to enhance and cleanse energy. Every stone possesses its own unique energy and will be chosen based on the clients specific needs.

Tibetan Singing Bowls: Tibetan Singing Bowls are played during sessions to deepen relaxation, while opening and clearing chakras. The unique sounds of the bowls send vibrations through the body, gentle moving the energy. These bowls are also used during Shamanic Journeying.

Drums/Rattles: Drumming and Rattling are common practice in Native American healing. Both instruments possess the ability to move and clear out unwanted energies, as well as keeping the client in a meditative state. Drums and Rattles are also used during Shamanic Journeying.

Pendulum: The pendulum is a powerful antenna that sends and receives vibrational information from energy waves. It is used to help us find intuitive answers, and determine whether a chakra is open or closed.
